EA-RS Group consists of specialist fire and security companies across the UK & Ireland which provide a full end to end solution within the fire safety, security and electrical sectors.
Rockpool invested in EA-RS in 2021, providing funding to support the group with acquisitions as well as providing partial equity release for the existing shareholders.
The company has made numerous acquisitions since receiving investment and made several senior hires to support the incumbent management team. The group undertook a significant £40m debt refinancing with Ares in 2022 to refinance existing facilities and provide further capital for identified acquisitions.
