Airedale is the UK market leader in its sector, offering a full suite of services for customers including design, installation and maintenance of commercial catering equipment. During Rockpool’s investment period, the Group greatly expanded its offering including via the acquisition of two service businesses.
A successful exit was achieved in 2021 when the Company was sold to Rubicon Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, generating a good return for Rockpool investors.
