Bertram Nursery Group (now rebranded to Thrive Childcare and Education) is a successful nursery group operating in the UK.
Rockpool provided loan capital in 2014 to support an ongoing buy-and-build strategy. The Bertram Group grew to over 40 nurseries across Scotland and north-west England during the period of Rockpool’s investment.
A successful exit was achieved in 2019 when the business was acquired by Apiary Capital through a management buyout.
