Purposeful Group (formerly Finitor Wealth Group) was founded in 2018 and through its regional partner firms, provides independent financial planning and advice to customers in the UK market. Purposeful Group provides financial planning services to individuals, families, and businesses, who need objective assistance in organising their financial affairs to achieve financial and lifestyle objectives.
Since Rockpool’s investment in 2022, the business has acquired eight financial planning businesses, substantially expanding the Group’s geographic footprint and growing assets under advice to over £1.5 billion. The aim is to continue expansion during Rockpool’s remaining investment hold period, through the development of internal, organic growth levers and through further acquisition.
The Group rebranded to Purposeful Group in 2025, underlining their commitment to being a responsible business that balances purpose with profit.
