TOM COEY

Tom is responsible for leading new investments and working with the boards of Rockpool’s portfolio companies to create shareholder value. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee and has led several platform investments, bolt-on acquisitions and exits since joining Rockpool in 2017.

Tom’s background before entering private equity was in investment banking and restructuring, including previous roles with LDC and Lloyds Banking Group. He has sat on 15 company boards, primarily in the business services, technology and healthcare sectors since 2015.

Tom is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
