Rockpool invests in Amazon E-Commerce-as-a-Service provider Rosetta Brands
Rockpool Investments has made an equity investment in Rosetta Brands, a provider of software-enhanced services to sellers on Amazon, the world’s largest online retailer.
Rosetta provides its consumer brand clients with an “ecommerce-as-a-service” outsourced Amazon function, helping them to access Amazon Vendor benefits and maximise their success selling through Amazon with a combination of agency, optimisation and vendor services.
Rosetta has grown rapidly with its service revenues more than doubling in each of the last three years. Rockpool’s investment will support continued growth in the existing Rosetta business, as well as expansion into new geographies and product categories.
Darran Green, Partner, and Ollie Taylor, Investment Executive, led the investment for Rockpool.
Rosetta is led by its founders, Nick Comer, CEO, and Steve Keable, CFO.
“Amazon is an increasingly important sales channel for consumer brands, but we recognise that navigating it as a marketplace or wholesale is challenging. We are pleased to identify and invest in Rosetta as a key platform that helps brands succeed on Amazon.”
Darran Green, Partner at Rockpool Investments
“We are delighted to be partnering with Rockpool. This transaction will enable us to accelerate our long-term growth objectives and help expand our international presence, especially in the United States.”
Nick Comer, CEO at Rosetta Brands
