Simon joined Rockpool in 2018. He focusses on finding new management teams to back, and working closely with Rockpool’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth and build long-term value.
Simon has a particular focus working with people-led and tech-enabled services businesses, particularly those going through acquisition-led growth.
Prior to joining Rockpool, Simon spent several years in Leveraged Finance at RBS, providing debt financing to support private equity backed companies in the UK and Western Europe.
Simon holds a BA in Economics from Durham University. He is a keen golfer and also enjoys exploring new restaurants.
