Founded in 2011 by Managing Partner Matt Taylor, Rockpool has spent over a decade specialising in high-quality UK private company investments — working as a trusted partner to both investors and management teams to achieve a common goal of building and realising shareholder value.
We operate in the lower mid-market, focusing on established, owner-managed businesses generating £5m–£40m in revenue — companies with proven business models and ambitious management teams ready for the next phase of growth.
