Hartley Botanic is endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society and sells a wide range of Victorian-style, traditional and bespoke structures to gardeners throughout the UK, United States and Europe.

In 2016, Rockpool funded a management buy-in and also provided growth capital to support US growth. In 2021, Hartley Botanic received a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the international trade category, for outstanding short-term growth following export sales growing by 50% annually since 2017.

In 2021, Rockpool exited the company to a mid-market private equity fund, delivering a 5.7x net return to equity investors.
