Rockpool Investments provides growth capital for mmadigital
Rockpool Investments has provided growth funding to mmadigital, a lead generation technology company. The business makes use of its proprietary lead generation platform to generate qualified leads for its base of over 70 law firm clients.
mmadigital is led by its founder, Dez Derry, who has delivered a period of sustained high growth alongside his management team since launching mmadigital in 2016. Mark Cappell has joined the board as Non-Executive Chairman. Mark brings significant experience in software and service companies and will support Dez as the business enters its next phase of growth. Steve Evans has also joined the business as CFO, bringing a wealth of experience working with private equity backed business within the business services and financial services sectors.
The funding will assist mmadigital to continue its impressive growth journey and to further capitalise on its lead generation expertise by expanding its service range organically and via bolt-on acquisitions.

This investment from Rockpool marks another stage in our ambitious growth plans. We currently capture more online leads than any other provider in our space as a result of our in-house technology solutions and highly trained staff. We are actively seeking acquisition opportunities, and this investment will enable us to take advantage of those deals as and when they come to market.
