Ryan joined Rockpool in 2025. Since his arrival at the firm, he has worked on numerous transactions, including the exit of Momentum ABM to Accenture in September 2025, and Rockpool’s investment in TalarMade. He also sits on the board of three further Rockpool portfolio companies: CareScribe, IDS, and ERA.
Prior to joining Rockpool, Ryan worked at a boutique deal advisory firm, where he gained experience working on diverse engagements, supporting private equity firms, corporates, and owner-managed businesses. He has been involved in numerous transactions across the UK, US, and New Zealand, with a focus on the lower-mid market.
Ryan previously trained as a Chartered Accountant at BDO New Zealand in their Corporate Finance and Deals team, and spent time in the Assurance team at Deloitte. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.
Outside of work, his interests include golf, sailing and travelling Europe.
